• The unique public organisations’ repository

  The public sector currently occupies the frontline in the digital economy. Under the cumulative effect of de-materialisation and de-centralisation, public organisations play a growing role in the daily management of public life.

  By the breadth and diversity of their role, and by the spectacular increase in manpower assigned to them, public organisations are obliged to manage all of their business processes in spite of their diversity. If we add to this the security dimension, in line with legal obligations, linked to the sharing of confidential information, we understand better the necessary changes that they undertake to their IT systems.

  Within this context, Ilex developed Meibo People Pack, a unique directory solution responding to the needs of public organisations in regards to identity management. This offering facilitates the publication and delegated management of people, structures and resources.

  The Ile-de-France Regional Council: A good example

  Under the effect of decentralisation, the region’s directory grew from 3,000 people to 9,000! On this project, the Meibo product has been implemented for 3 highly critical issues:

  • Have an up-to-date central directory,
  • De-centralise the entry of data to the competent functions,
  • To possess a tool that permits easy editing of the paper directory.
