The Human Resources department is very responsive in the processing of applications: If your profile corresponds to the company’s requirements, you will be invited to attend either one or several evaluations. These evaluations, through interviews and tests, will determine your suitability for the post in question, your ability to integrate into the company and your development potential. The recruitment process typically takes two months, with at least two interviews (with an operational manager and with Human Resources) and up to four for managerial posts (with a recruitment agency and several members of the management).
